New Year’s Eve at the Château

The menu

1. Celeriac velouté, scallop tartare, sour cream and chives
2. Lobster bisque risotto, redfish fillet and a Parmesan crisp
3. White peach sorbet with prosecco
4. Venison fillet with poached pear, cranberries, potato gratin and wild mushroom sauce
5. Festive dessert buffet

At midnight, we raise a glass together with champagne on the house.
